Last week at The Circle Performance was packed with energy, growth, and some incredible breakthroughs across our Youth, High School, and College training programs. Our athletes put in the work, and the results were nothing short of inspiring.




Youth Training Program: Building Foundations Our youngest athletes kicked off the week with a focus on speed and agility. Throughout the camp, they practiced essential drills designed to enhance their coordination, reaction times, and overall athleticism. Each day was a step towards building a strong foundation, with the kids showing tremendous progress by the end of the week. The enthusiasm and determination in this group were contagious, setting a positive tone for the entire program.


High School Training Program: Pushing Limits For our high school athletes, last week was all about pushing boundaries. With a mix of strength and conditioning sessions, plyometric exercises, and change of direction drills, these athletes were challenged to elevate their performance to new heights. We also emphasized injury prevention and mental toughness, ensuring that our high schoolers are not just physically prepared, but also mentally ready to take on the challenges of their respective sports. Their dedication was evident in every session, and it’s clear that they’re gearing up for a successful season ahead.


College Training Program: Fine-Tuning Excellence Our college athletes engaged in intensive sessions focused on fine-tuning their skills and maintaining peak physical condition. The week included advanced strength and conditioning workouts, agility training, and recovery sessions to ensure that these athletes stay at the top of their game. Nutrition coaching and mental wellness were also key components, helping our college athletes balance the demands of their sports with overall well-being. The commitment and leadership displayed by this group were truly commendable.


Conclusion: A Week of Growth and Achievement Across all age groups, last week was a testament to the power of hard work and perseverance. Whether it was a youth athlete mastering a new skill or a college player refining their technique, every session contributed to the growth and development of our athletes. We’re proud of the progress made and excited to see what the coming weeks will bring as we continue to support and challenge our athletes to reach their full potential.
